Choose the stage you require
Stage one: £79 (includes both notices a section 8 and 21, includes a process server who will serve the notice in person if required, includes tax). We will draft and serve section 21 and section 8 notices seeking possession on your tenants soon as we are instructed. It does not matter where you, or your tenant live, we are able to deal with it. At this stage the tenant may leave before the notice expires.
Stage two: £560 (includes court fee £150, includes barrister and solicitor fee, includes tax) Should the tenant not leave, we then prepare the court papers and lodge them in the court. We pay the court fees. We bear the cost to instruct a barrister who will attend court to carry out the work and plead your claim. Normally a fourteen day possession order is granted.
In very rare cases, when the 14 day court order has expired the tenant may not have left. In such a case we can then arrange court appointed bailiffs to eject the tenant. The cost of this is £180 inclusive.
